Thrive Beauty Spa Upgrades to Electric Swivel Chairs with Seamless White Glove Delivery

Hi, my name is Samantha Richards. My practice is located in Malden, Massachusetts, and business name is Thrive Beauty Spa. So I look at reviews quite often, so I saw that there was really good reviews, really good customer service. When I first started looking, I was contacted and everything went so smoothly, but it was mostly, like, the quality of the chairs and, and the reviews that I saw. I hadn't even spoken with anyone yet, but I was mostly concerned about the delivery just because it is obviously a big item. But I worked with the customer service team, and that was not a worry at all once I spoke with them. The best part of working with Spa Source has definitely been the customer service. They walked me through every step of the way. They made sure that everything for the delivery was in order. I originally did not schedule for a white glove service, I think it's called, and it was hard to make that adjustment later because it was already shipped to the facility around here, so it already left your warehouse. And he spoke with the delivery team and got that all handled, so they were able to, like, from curbside switch it to white glove delivery, which was great. I didn't have to worry about having to carry it in. So I think the customer service is really great. I was going to do white, but then I decided on black just so it would stay cleaner looking, and I also thought it would match the room as well. So everyone's noticed it and they are all like, "Oh my God, you got a new chair. I love it. Oh my God." Everyone's like, "It's beautiful." So I've had a great response to the new chair. [laughs] If you're thinking about working with Spa Source, I would definitely say if you're hesitant just to give them a call. They will make you feel comfortable, and like I said, the customer service is great, so you should just do it. Everyone says it's very comfortable. They love how everything is electric, so you know, it's easy to move the footrest. It's easy to get out of the chair, and everyone's saying it's very comfortable. Yeah, so my favorite things are definitely, like, the armrest. My other chair, you weren't able to pick these up, and it was hard for people to, like, get in without having to lift this. It just seemed a little awkward. So I love that you can flip this over and it's a nice easy entrance. I also love the feature with the swivel that you can actually, like, you know, move the chair around three-sixty. I also love how the platform that it's on isn't very long, so when I walk behind it, I, like, don't trip on it or get stuck on it. And yeah, and I love all of the automatic features with it.
