Transforming Digital Coaching Programs into Tangible Physical Brand Experiences for Increased Client Clarity

Hey, my name is Molly Mahoney, and I'm shooting this video because I was really challenged with finding a way to take our digital products and bring them into physical products that could represent our brand and our values and our impact in the real world. Since working with Custom Box Agency, I feel that we really have a physical representation of our brand that I love, and it makes things so, so clear, so concise. It's just awesome. So I had been looking for a physical product that we could send as a representation of our coaching program. And so that's really why I decided to hire Mark and the Custom Box Agency team. And then when I saw all of the other boxes that he had created, I was like, okay, this is going to be great. Since working with CBA, we have had so much clarity. And I think it's not only been in the form of what we give our clients with the box, it also has transcended everything that we're doing with our brand. So I'm one that gets very excited and likes to add bonuses and new features and trainings and things for our members when they ask questions. This actually sometimes can be a little bit of a problem for me because I end up adding way more than I actually should to our programs. And so having this box, knowing that everything has to follow the guidelines of what we have in the box, has been a really great way to put some blinders on me and, like, keep, keep me focused. The video that they made for us, I love, and they really did such a great job of working with our team to be able to make sure that they got our kind of wild Havana disco ball theme that we have. And I just, I love the way that it brings our brand into the homes of our clients. I knew that the Custom Box Agency was right for me when I saw the examples of the wide variety of other brands that they have worked with. Sometimes I think it's hard for people to understand the eclecticness of our brand, and it was clear to me that they've worked in loads of different niches with lots of different clients, and that was really helpful for me. So when I first signed up, what I thought I was getting was a workbook and like a, you know, a real physical representation of our program that our clients could use. What I realized, what I actually got was so much clarity in our client journey that helped us to restructure our program a bit so that it stayed in a very orderly fashion, giving loads of value, and it really transformed our digital product as well. We had a great time working with the Custom Box Agency team, the private Slack channel. They are just so responsive. And anytime I couldn't find something, even though it was so well organized, they direct me right to where I needed to go. And it was great that my team could be involved with their team so that I could stay focused on the things that I to focus on and know that everything was being handled behind the scenes. If you've been thinking about doing something like this and you're not fully sure that this is going to be the right decision, I would just say that we are at a time and place right now where there is so much happening in the world of digital marketing and the world of AI. That is pulling away "our human". So this is something that really puts the human back into your business. It gives you that real, tangible thing, and that's something that can't be created with AI. I mean, you could help with, like, the design and stuff, but this real, physical thing that is a representation of your business, that is something that we need now more than ever, bringing things into the actual hands and hearts of our clients. And the Custom Box Agency team is the team to do it. So when I was first talking about creating our box, which I love here, for our Social Sales Stars Program, First of all, look at the inside of the box. It's so cute. Like, when you open it. We worked so hard to get this disco ball to really look like a shiny disco ball. I love it so much. And then as you go through the box, like, yes, there's beautiful. You know, I love all the graphics and everything with the welcome letter and all of that. It's amazing. But what is really, really helpful, I find, is we have. Let me see if I can find it. We've got this awesome journey map that keeps people on track with the program. So there's stickers that go on this journey map that combine with all of the modules. We used it at our in person event recently, which was so helpful. I had everyone bring their journey map with them. And then there's this magnet that we created that has our whole entire system on one little magnet. This is something that we had in a Google Doc, which I know people would lose. Now I refer to it all the time whenever they start doing something that is, like, way out of left field, because we are entrepreneurs, and so squirrel syndrome is real. I can say, pull up your magnet! What does it say on the plan? So it's been super helpful. I love we also have a keychain that is a compass, which is a metaphor for their vision, so they have that with them at all times. I wanted to have a magic feather because I love Disney and Dumbo, and so we even have a magic feather in here. they get, like, physical calendars with pens that are specific to us and branded. It's all just. It's so nice. And it's been so great to have it all in one place. Custom Box Agency is really the best in the world at combining digital products with physical products, so that it puts your goodness into the hands of your client in a way that they fully understand.
