Now Health is the best in the world at treating you as a person not an illness. And finding out all the things that may be contributing to you not feeling your best and then working with you in a reasonable manner to fix what ails you. And provide you support along the way.
Can you introduce yourself and describe your health before joining?
Hi, my name is Gwen. I live in Alaska and I'm a teacher. Prior to working with Now Health, I was dealing with severe asthma which had started to curtail some of my favorite activities and affected my quality of life.
What surprised you most about the care at Now Health?
What surprised me the most about Now Health was the amount of personal care and time with Aubrey, the provider. I'd experienced her expertise before but once I joined Now Health she seemed to be able to give me more time and delve a little deeper into my needs.
What specific benefits have you received from the practice?
The benefits I've received from working with Now Health has been access to caregivers that are able to explore my health history and team together to come up with results or treatments that corrected some long-standing issues that had not quite been resolved before.
What would you say to someone hesitating to join?
If someone was sitting on the fence and hesitating to join, I would say that, overall, the experience is so much more result-driven and personable. The office staff and the providers are truly there to see that you are the healthiest you can be.
How did the reality of the service compare to your expectations?
The thing I thought I was buying was a different structure of access to care and what I found I received was a broader scope of health, both mental and physical, with a team that makes you feel as you are part of their practice not just there to get a quick answer and be gone.
