I'd like for my future self to remember just how I felt after this session about this week, about many of the things that I work through and shed in over a five day span and remembering all the tools that I was given in order to get to that point and if I feel like I forgot them to go back and review my notes and put them back into practice.

What was your biggest takeaway from the five-day session?

I think the biggest takeaway for me is just the new understanding and confidence that I have in myself and in the healing of past feelings and past circumstances that I tackled over the course of this five days by being my true self, by speaking my truth and utilizing and sharing the tools that I've learned.

Is there a specific phrase or buzzword that summarizes your experience?

The most important buzz word I think is just living my true self.

What are you most excited about regarding your return home?

Most excited about, first of all seeing my two boys and get to roughhouse with them a little bit.

How do you feel about re-entering the world after this program?

I'm really excited to go out into the world as kind of this new self, this new confident individual that nobody's really met yet and I'm really looking forward to introducing him to everybody out there.
