If you have the opportunity to do this, I absolutely think you should take it. I know for me I again was unsure coming into this what to expect, but having gone through it, just walking away with the clear head and just levelheaded positivity.

My name is Tyler Habert. I'm from Denver, Colorado.

What specific goals were you looking to work through this week?

The perspective I guess I had been working on and really was looking to work through this week was self-love, self-acceptance, and, here at the end of the week I believe that I found that.

What were the emotional outcomes of your sessions?

With that is a lot of forgiveness, and the uncertainty of the future doesn't seem quite as uncertain. There's a lot more peace and serenity and really a feeling of accomplishment as well.

What were your biggest takeaways from the different sessions?

Biggest takeaways from this week I guess both of the different pod sessions. Obviously, the ketamine sessions had uniqueness about them. Really allowed me to get past ego. Some of the barriers I had in the non-ketamine sessions. I was able to get past those ego barriers, find that self love and then be able to take it into the next non-ketamine session and really work at and to be able to have that forgiveness through to love for myself and others.
