The interview

How would you describe your experience with BrainJam in a few words?

The easiest thing for me to say is to call it invigorating and reassuring.

What was the situation you were facing before starting the program?

I came down with COVID and then it turned into long COVID. When you have ADHD as I do, it is something that it's already hard enough to focus and it's hard to maintain. Life becomes very chaotic. And what happened was I was getting to the point where I just wanted to just stop completely.

Did you have any hesitations or fears about starting with BrainJam?

If there was a reason I didn't start working with BrainJam, it would have been a fear of other products that I've tried and gotten to just learn not to use and trust. Execute helped me overcome that hesitation because it was simple from the beginning. They outlined the entire thing right from the get-go.

What surprised you most about working with the BrainJam team?

What surprised me the most was the level of intention behind the product. It wasn't just, 'here's a product, go.' It was more about let's see what's working for you, what's not working for you. Let's start cleaning things up. Let's actually figure out how to adjust your calendar settings so that it's a visual representation of what your life is truly like.

What is the number one benefit you have found using the Execute system?

The #1 benefit I found with working with the Execute system is that I don't feel scared of the future anymore. When you have a person like that that's about to give up, and now all of a sudden actually has hope for the future—not just me, I want my patients learning about this.

What tangible results have you seen since starting?

First and foremost, I was able to identify a time block where I seemed to have a little bit more energy and I've been able to commit to seeing patients during that time block. Because of working through Execute, I found a way to make my life make more sense.

How would you describe Spencer Burnett's coaching style?

He takes an approach that was very open, calm, not forceful. It was not something that I was demanded to do something. He's devised a process where he communicates with me and adapted himself to work with me. Spencer wears his heart on his sleeve. He will say to you the things that you need to do and not do.

What would you say to someone sitting on the fence about joining?

Do something. It's better that you do something and try it. And of all the products and services and people out there that are trying to push things to you, this is the one to take a chance on. Take that action. Take that step.
