That's my role in the process. I'm Amy Castillo, and I live in Parker, Texas. I believe I was either the first or one of the first customers of Brickyard Property Management. I was a new property owner, and landlord, and needed some support, I have a very busy job. wanted to have someone that I could count on to manage my property so that I really didn't have much work to do. It really was more of an investment for me. I think Brickyard has been very responsive anytime that I've had a question or a need. Sometimes I feel like, am I still the only client? Because I get very personalized service. Of course, I've been working with them, and specifically with Michael for a long time I do feel like he's really always on top of everything, and I don't need to have any concerns. I have recommended Brickyard PM to others as well. Michael and the Brickyard team, they really care about the properties that they manage. I find that, you know, they manage the properties like they're their own, make decisions like they're their own, and I don't then need to worry so much about what's happening. I really feel that they're very involved in their properties that they manage, and that they're treating the renters well, as well, and I've had really, really good results.
