What drew you to participate in the Tax Lien Wealth Builders program?
I trusted Tax Liens, I did the research. I wanted a structured program and I saw that they had the one-on-one coaching, and that's what drew me in to participate. Definitely, I've found it very worthwhile.
Can you tell us a bit about yourself and what you do for a living?
My name is Brian Pals. I live in Aurora, Colorado, and I'm an independent contractor performing safety duties on construction sites.
Was there any hesitation you had before joining the program?
The #1 reason that I probably would be hesitant was definitely the cost. There was the upfront cost that I had to put up, but it's definitely been worth it.
What has been the best benefit you have received from the program so far?
I'd say the best benefit that I've gotten from United Tax Liens is just the coaching. I was with Daniel, and he just was very helpful. A step-by-step procedure. He had a lot of information he could pass along, a lot of spreadsheets. He gave me some tools to use, and so that was really the best part.
How long did it take before you acquired your first lien and where was it located?
I went through the live event, then of course I went through coaching. So it was about two months until I bought my first lien, and it was in Florida, and it was very successful.
What are your future plans for your investing legacy?
My legacy is just getting started. I mean, I'm not a wheeler-dealer yet. I'm in the process of acquiring more liens, but it just takes some time to do the research. But definitely it's been helpful, and I'm moving forward with that.
What is your overall impression of the operation?
It's a great operation. They come through with everything they said they were going to. Do the research, make sure that you're comfortable with it. Definitely, this one has been very successful for me. And the one-on-one coaching has been very successful.
