The way I see through my eyes now is like I see a new perspective. I see a new vision. So, through understanding, more empathy—rather than just through my own eyes.

How did you feel as you finished your final session?

As I was getting out of my last POD session, I was actually excited and looking forward to getting back to everyday life. Knowing that I have a new set of tools that I can use.

How do these new tools differ from what you had before?

It's not just the tools I had, I have something new that I can pull out. Even when life throws something new at you, I can think back and remember 'oh, I can use this, I can reset that, I can change this. I can act or react in this way.'

What are your thoughts on applying this to your daily life?

I'm really excited to use those in my life every day.

What advice would you give to someone considering this program?

Do it, make the commitment to yourself and you will be rewarded with excellent support staff and an excellent place to be and just go 100% in on yourself.
