Can you introduce yourself and your business?
My name is Javier Lucatero. I live in San Ramon, California and I'm in the construction business and we've been doing this for over 30 years.
What challenges were you facing before working with Stanislav?
Before we got to work with Stanislav we had some issues with communicating among the managers, so I reached out to him and he did a tremendous impact in our business.
What makes Stanislav's approach unique?
The knowledge and that he's so cool about talking to people and he doesn't get no loud voice or nothing, he's calm and he gets to the point, he analyzes the problems and gets the fix right away, he's really good.
How does his experience help businesses that want to scale?
The great thing that he does is he has the experience of working with small, medium and large and when you trying to get from medium to large you know exactly what are we talking about and any of the issues he already knows, any business problems, he has the answers pretty much to most of them.
What was your first impression of his expertise?
Since the first time you talk to him you know that you can feel that he really knows and he read and did the education, he has all the parameters that you need to go to the next level.
Would you recommend his services to others?
He's just a big asset to anybody that deals with him. He's a smart, calm. He has the answers to everything so I really think he's a great asset to anybody. Stanislav gets my full support, he's a big asset to us.
