Prior to this, I've always kind of, just because I'm 51, just trying to stay fit, stay in shape physically, I would have constant ailments and aches, exhausted all the time from my physical activity. This practice kind of helped me get more into the spiritual side of it, the more of the meditation, calming myself, which I have a pretty kind of hectic day with just kids and dogs and life and jobs that it's kind of like, go, go, go, go go. What this practice did was it allowed me to kind of calm myself, calm my spirit, and really getting to a place where I can really get the negative energy out and kind of just kind of focus on the good that I want to manifest and put forth in my life. And the most important thing, I think, is the breathing that really assisted me with this meditation side of it. Everything that physically was ailing me just kind of went away. I think probably a good three, four weeks into it, I realized that these aches and pains and these ailments that I was experiencing through my physical training were going away through this Qigong training. And it just really enlightened me. And just a light bulb went off that I kind of been searching for. What surprised me the most about this Qigong practice was how calm my spiritual side became throughout my day. The challenges and the hiccups that come throughout just daily life seemed to just be easier, and it just allows me to mentally tackle a lot of challenges that I don't feel like I had the mental capacity to do it before. I sleep better my physical training is better, my body just feels better, my mindset is better. Lots of goals that I have manifested or that I have put on my vision board came to fruition because of this meditation practice. I recommend this practice with Greg for anyone looking to do it because Greg is a pioneer of Qigong. I've known Greg since he started and where he is now, and just to see his transformation and his passion for this practice, which has flowed over into my life, and it's really just changed my life, enlightened my life to... words that I can't express that I'm so blessed to have, and I have been passing it on to countless of close friends of mine and colleagues since I've started, and I've seen them slowly transform into it.
