Streamlined Lab Ordering and Administrative Support for Scaling Functional Medicine Practices

DHA Lab test ordering process is probably one of the easiest I've seen. It really makes it super easy for me to go in and figure out exactly what I need to order for my client. And they're really, really great at creating panels for me that I use on a regular basis that makes it really easy to access. So really going in and putting in clients information and figuring out which panels work best for them, and getting that all taken care of in one spot makes it super, super efficient and seamless. By DHA Lab taking on most of the back end administrative process, like tracking, keeping up with clients results, et cetera. It really makes it a lot easier for me. Before, I was using five, six different portals and different companies, and now it's all in one place. They track it all, they give me the results. I'm not having to search in all of these different areas, missing and losing. Results for clients. They keep track of all of it for me, and I don't have to even think about that part. One of the biggest reasons I chose DHA was their pricing. DHA's pricing. They really tried to make it comparable, if not better, than all of the other platforms or companies that I was using. And they did that for me right off the bat. And so, overall, it's been a much more cost effective way to order testing through one company. DHA has really helped me scale because I moved from a one on one to a group. I just have much higher volume, and that comes with a lot more logistics. And I'm not having to worry about the logistics. I'm not having to track down individual reports or communicate with individual lab. Companies can go in and communicate solely with DHA, get an immediate response from them, and they are able to keep everything in one easy platform. Form for me to access all the things I need, which is a huge time saver, but it also keeps me very organized. The all in one access portal that DHA has just makes it really simple and easy. I had looked into several different platforms and it was really, to be honest, confusing and time consuming. And theirs is just all in one place. It's really simple. I know exactly what I need to do in order. All of the clients info, all of the wellness panels are all right there on one page with a simple submit form. It's really just one step. I think one of the most helpful things I have found with DHA Lab is their customer service. They are so responsive. I can send out an email and get a response so quickly. Whereas I used to sit on hold with lab companies for hours, not getting a hold of anybody for days. And I have never had that be the case. I get my questions answered very quickly. Super, super helpful. Amazing customer service. I really have zero issues. If anything, they've always gone above and beyond. Overall, DHA Lab just really helped streamline my entire client experience and really made it easy for me to make sure that I'm organized and keep on top of the results for the growth that I'm seeing with my clients. And overall, it has been just a way better experience than I've had with other companies in the past. I've just been so pleasantly pleased and will just continue to use them in the future.
