Ultimately, as nice as natural thatch is to look at, it's just not a good viable roofing option as it deteriorates. synthetic thatch - specifically the Viva thatch - really allowed us to provide an option that's almost a lifetime option. It removed the maintenance for restaurants, residential and theme parks as well. With a lot of options out there, there's a lot of materials that don't have an authentic look or feel. That being said, the Viva thatch really gives you a good... a good look. It still moves in the wind. There's some other synthetic options that are very rigid, and just not aesthetically pleasing. The Viva thatch still has some movement to it, but still providing the benefits waterproofing and a long-lasting product. One of the #1 benefits is really the support behind the product. We very rarely ever have any issues and if they are they're minor, but the company has always stepped up and made everything right. got great staff that's been around for many years I would say customer service on Endureed's is probably one of top qualities. There were multiple options presented to you, and you really had them all sitting in front of you, it would be, in my opinion, a pretty clear with customer service that you received, just in trying to make a selection or having multiple selections options available, think would make Vivo a good choice.
