I think it's really important for... clean up the programs, clean up the mind. 40 Years of Zen really can make a big impact in this. So, if you can do it, if you're able to do it, it's a game-changer and it just changed my life in just one year, so it has so huge impact for my life. I just would recommend it to everyone.

What was a significant highlight of your week here?

One of the biggest things this week was my first ketamine session. And so I also come here with the intention to heal my mother wound and in my first session my mother came up. She's already dead, she already passed away. And I had a deep healing experience with my mother and I really want to hold on this deep love - what I felt.

How do you want to carry this experience forward in your daily life?

I really want to remember, all the time, what I felt in this session. And now maybe for the people around me I want to hold on this deep love for me, for myself, for my children. I want to embody this deep love for my children, for all children and for every human being and for this earth also.

How has your perspective on life changed after this experience?

I think seeing my life really as a holy gift and remember myself every day. That it's really a holy gift that I can be grateful every day to wake up, choose who I want to be, how I want to live this day, loving my life every day.

What did you realize about your relationship with your children and yourself?

I want to remind myself the importance that I felt how important my children are and how important I am. I really want to remember that my children are the most important person in my life and remember on that feeling that I had when I saw my children in the session. I said the whole time especially for my daughter, 'you are so important, you are so important, you are so important.' and I also felt that I say it to myself.
