The interview
What is the number one benefit you've experienced working with Lisa Fraley?
The number one benefit is just feeling like I am on the right track and just knowing that there is legal guidance behind me and not just me taking that information from someone else and hoping what they were doing was the correct thing. I feel so much more empowered to get my business off on the right foot.
What was your experience like working with Lisa personally?
My experience working with Lisa Fraley has been wonderful. She is very friendly, she's very personable, she really cares about my business and what is best for my business. I don't feel like she's just selling me something. I feel like she's actually giving me information that's very, very valuable to make my business be successful.
Can you tell us about your business and niche?
My name is Laura Beeck and I am an integrative health practitioner/functional medicine person. Name of my business is Laura Beeck Integrative Health and my website is Have the Guts to Heal. My niche area is working with people who have gut issues, gut health issues. I'm working on the gut/brain access well as looking at DNA to see how that can actually help a person find out what's going on with them in the root cause issue.
What were your hesitations before joining the Protect Your Practice Program?
The number one reason why I didn't know if I wanted to join—really, there's more than one reason. Of course, you know, you always worry about the cost of programs. I'm also one who has gotten involved with so many programs that I sometimes feel in 'program overwhelm.' But it has been so helpful for me to be involved with Lisa and to feel so much more comfortable about what I'm doing and feeling secure that what I'm doing is legal.
What was your favorite part of the Protect Your Practice Program?
My favorite part was where she had a half-day program kind of going over everything and allowing us to learn the do's and don'ts of the program. And then of course, the other part of it that I very much love was the fact that we can work one-on-one with Lisa and talk through what's going on with our business that is called the 'Power Hour.' Those two things have been very helpful for me.
What would you say to someone sitting on the fence about purchasing the program?
I would just say, 'jump in and do it' because it has been wonderful for me. It has just given me such a blessing and knowing that I have got the legal guidance that Lisa is able to offer and it's going to help my program be so much more successful.
