Professionalized Business Operations and Increased Confidence in Client Enrollment and Pricing

So I have worked with a number of coaches. I have trained a number of coaches, and I think what Karen is really unique at is she has kind of both the IQ and the EQ, right? So she's very smart, but she also can connect on an emotional level. My name is Garrick Isert. I live in Atlanta, Georgia. I'm an executive coach. So, I'm always looking to kind of grow both as a person and as a person with a business, and had reached a point where I felt there was opportunity on both sides of the equation and heard about Karen through somebody that I trust and respect, and got to meet her and decided it'd be good to work with each other. I think she created space, and just, you know, helped me think about the way I was thinking and asked a lot of questions, she didn't put any pressure on me, creating a space to allow me to figure it out. You have a lot of coaches that can kind of help you with information and kind of what you want to do. You also have coaches that can help you with kind of transformation and who you want to be. But find that coaches who can actually do both well are pretty limited. I view Karen really as a double threat, right? Like, she can help you on the being and the doing, the information, the transformation, the goal line and the soul line. So, whether it's something that's very, like, practical and tactical, she can meet you there and you'll have a great, productive coaching session. If it's something bigger, where you want to transform how you behave or how you show up in the world, she can meet you there and help you with that change. So, If I think about just on the practical, tactical, kind of, how I've professionalized and run my business, and create clients, and manage the day-to-day, has vastly improved. Yeah, I think I have more confidence in my approach to market. I think I have a clearer picture of my offerings and my pricing. I am much more comfortable creating clients, enrolling people in the process, being of service. And so, there's just a lot more faith and belief in my ability. And that's been helpful just in terms of, like, navigating challenging situations or things where it's not clear or trying to get clear on what is the best way to serve someone or create value. She doesn't just coach coaches, she also coaches leaders. So when you're a coach who's coaching leaders, she has that aspect that she can always bring in, right? So I think she brings a really great perspective to both areas. Somebody who's built a successful coaching practice, been student of, you know, how you scale a coaching business, but also somebody who's a student of leadership and helping people grow and reach their fullest potential. And so, again, I think it's a unique combination that I haven't seen in many other coaches, whether it's something to do or a different way of being, Karen can help you. If you are looking to materially change how you show up in the world, what you achieve, your way of being, whatever it is... Karen, she will create the space, she will bring the best of her abilities to help you make the changes that you want to make. Given just her depth of expertise in a lot of different areas, her ability to kind of straddle the beam. The personal, the professional, the goal line versus soul line, it can be a real powerful experience.
