Who are you and what is your business?

I'm Dr. Robert Whitfield. I'm based in Austin, Texas, and I'm a plastic surgeon and my company is my own, Robert Whitfield, MD, LLC. I'm an ongoing member and a member for Mastermind.

What challenges were you facing before joining Mindshare?

I came to my first summit in September of 2021, after the pandemic, really struggling in my business. Not having other revenue streams other than surgery.

I sat through many of the talks in the summit and listened to JJ Virgin speak about adding revenue streams, increasing your pricing so that you have a margin so that you can actually fulfill the mission of your business. I took that to heart.

It's really transformed my business. I've been able to 3x my business in a short period of time. I've added additional revenue streams, I've published a book, I have two podcasts now, and a burgeoning YouTube channel with over a half a million followers.
