Hi, my name is Dr. Rosia Parrish. I work at Naturopathic Wellness Center of Boulder, which is a clinic that I own and operate. And I am a naturopathic doctor with a specialty focus in fertility, specifically complex infertility, failed IVF, and male factor infertility. What motivated me to pursue fertility training with HFI is that I already had a fertility specialty, and I was looking for further mentorship. I've taken a lot of fertility trainings in the past, but this program gave me confidence. it made me realize that I can treat pretty much every single fertility case that comes in my door, And because of the confidence, I'm a very sought-out practitioner now. I have a very long wait list, and I primarily only see fertility at this point. And I'm just really grateful for the mentorship because it gave me that confidence, but it also provided strategy for each couple that comes in the door. from the training, what has made the most significant difference in my practice is that I'm surrounded by colleagues that also have virtual practices. So I've learned a lot about how to maneuver in that world. it's really the strategies, the mindset, the different, like, pattern recognition that I learned from there's just so many different things that I've learned from the training that have just really enhanced my practice, and have made me a really confident clinician. since going through this training, now have a very high rate of success for fertility in my practice. I also have increased the level of complexity of the patients that I see, and I still maintain a high success rate. I've also loved from this program is the amount of resources that are offered. I really love the handouts that have been created and provided. I share a ton with my patients and I learn a lot. The fertility training was definitely a great investment. It actually paid for itself very quickly. I was able to triple my income in the first year. Even when I was in the training, I was able to do that. at this point, my income is about 5 to 6x what it was when I started. So it's been an awesome investment. And then For me personally, again, it goes back to the confidence. I really needed confidence in this realm, and I feel like this is my specialization, and I feel like I am a leader in this field. I'm also on the writing team for the National American Association for Naturopathic Doctors, and I'm oftentimes interviewed by major newspapers, and just different media outlets. I do find that my specialty in fertility, it's - it's been able to kind of like elevate where I'm at professionally.
