The interview

What immediate changes did you notice during the 28-day challenge?

Right away in my first week, my bloating went down almost gone. I usually have like a turtle shell of abs and now it's like completely gone. Even within the first week, I did feel like my gut lining got a lot stronger. My stomach just shrank in terms of bloating.

How would you describe the Gut Reset Challenge in three words?

If I were to explain the Gut Reset Challenge in three words, it's gonna be simple, it's organized, and it's transformational.

What was your health situation like before starting the challenge?

Before the 28 Day Gut Challenge, I had a lot of IBS, to the point where sometimes I'd have to drive to the gym and actually go to a rest stop because my stomach was so upset in the morning. I'd have to plan my day out essentially around my irregular bowel movements.

What parts of the challenge were most helpful to you?

It was two things: how it was laid out was very simple—here's your list, here's what you need to do, and then you go and execute it. And then the meetings we had with the doctor were really helpful to help clarify things like constipation or trouble sleeping.

How did the program affect your energy levels?

In the beginning, it was tough because we cut out caffeine, but even after the first week, I was wired up until the wee hours of the night, maybe like eight o'clock, nine o'clock. I had more energy throughout the entire day; it was just more sustainable energy versus the usual ups and downs.

Who would you recommend this program to?

For sure people who already have gut issues and want to strengthen their gut lining or fix negative issues like mine. But overall, I think it would be good for anybody who wants to improve their overall health because of how clean the program is.

How did you find the dietary changes and supplements?

You go organic and learn ways to make healthy food taste good. I started learning more recipes and now it's not as hard. Also, taking digestive enzymes was a big deal for me, especially for digesting the amount of protein that I consume.

As a gym owner, how do you see this benefiting your business?

It helps the retention of members longer term because they're going to stick longer when they get results. If someone is stuck and not losing weight because of their gut, this fixes that underlying issue. Plus, the gym gets a kickback from the cost of the program.

#1 - TESTIMONIAL VIDEO So during the 28 days, some changes that I noticed were right away my first week, my bloating went down almost gone. So I usually have like a turtle shell of abs and now it's like completely gone. Even within the first week, I did feel like my gut lining got lot stronger. My physical was also very known right away because my stomach just shrank in terms of maybe more bloating. Hi, I'm Alex. I live in Minnesota and I am a gym owner. So if I were to explain the Gut Reset Challenge in three words, it's gonna be simple, it's organized, and it's transformational. Before the 28 Day Gut Challenge, I do a lot of IBS, so to the point where sometimes I have to like, I come about 15 minutes from the gym and I drive to the gym and actually go to a rest stop because it was like, you know, my stomach was so upset in the morning. I'd have to like plan my day out. essentially sometimes I'm around my irregular bowel movements. So what was most helpful for me in the challenge was, it was two things, was how I was laid out is very simple. Like, here's your list, here's what you need to do, and then you go and execute it. And then the meetings was really helpful that we had with the doctor were really helpful to help clarify things. So like I said, when I actually became a little bit constipated, we did a lot of things, like sometimes it's hard to sleep. He recommended some things that did help a lot. So like red light classes that really worked a different kind of magnesium sample that I've worked on. So that was really cool to be able to have contact with essentially a doctor who's going to be able to break down those things of what is actually working so that we can lock it in as well. So the education piece was invaluable for us because a lot of our trainers did it. I think the immediate results that we've had right away was very, I mean, it was really apparent in terms of our energy long-term. Like in the beginning, it was tough because we cut out caffeine. A lot of us already, we'd had caffeine before. but we still, we're able to supplement with some matcha and stuff, but that's still like a little caffeine content. But like even after the first week, then I was wired up until wee hours of the night, maybe like eight o'clock, nine o'clock. And usually I'm like waning down on energy. So like I had more energy throughout the entire day. So I think it was just more sustainable energy, just like more consistent versus throughout the day, used to be like kind of ups and downs. So like would be for sure if some people who already have gut issues and want to strengthen their gut mining. or they want to get some benefits from it because they're already experiencing something negative already getting something. Hopefully, fix that issue like mine. But overall, I think it would be good for anybody who wants to improve their overall health because of how clean the program is, right? Because you do go organic, you learn ways to make it work as well too, to make healthy food taste good. Like the first week one and two, I was kind of struggling with that. So then I would start learning more recipes and now it's not as hard, but I was kind of forced to do it. because I'm going to be doing it, I was going to stay consistent with the challenge. So it allowed me then to kind of figure out how I can do that on a more consistent basis. You know, even just grocery shopping for organic foods and then also being consistent with taking your supplements, stuff like that. #2 - GYM VIDEO Hi, I'm Alex. can be another extreme of an income. mean, someone comes in and like, especially if they have an issue with their gut and they're like, hey, we got a specific program that we do. And then obviously we would get a kickback from them doing it. But then also it will help the retention of the members longer term because I mean, quite frankly, then they're going to stick longer because they're going to get results. So especially if somebody is stuck and they're not getting results and it's because of their gut, well, there's only a few things that you could do. So like, this would be a really good thing to implement, right? So then to fix that. underlying issue so that they can then get to their long-term goal because essentially that's what they're coming in and we're promising is to help them get to their long-term goals. This can be a tool that we can use for when people do have underlying issues with a health, good lighting, maybe IBS like I did or bloating and stuff like that. Or if they're really struggling to lose weight, maybe because they're not digesting food well enough. I think that was a big deal for me was that start taking in more digestive enzymes was really helpful, especially for digesting the amount of protein that I consume. So that could be an issue that I felt like was one big thing that I didn't realize. And that I think other members could definitely benefit. But long story short, they could benefit from getting the results that we promised them. So they're going to stay longer. So then our retention goes up. So we keep our members at a longer rate or a longer time. So paying us consistently. And then also we get a kickback from the cost of the program. I would tell them that they should definitely do it first with like their staff and then like get their staff on board. and record all of the results and then hype it up first. And then, like, as you go through the program, tell your members, like, hey, this is what we're experiencing. Hey, this is like this new thing that we're going to be implementing into our program. And then getting a lot of hype into it first and then rolling it out. But I would tell them like, yeah, you should definitely do it and try first, have your staff do it, get hype, get results, get the buy-in from the staff. So then they get results from it first and then document all of the whole process. And then you roll it out to your members. And people are going to be asking if you do it correctly. Talk about it more consistently. That's what I wish we had done a little bit better is to document it then also, you know, send it out to our members during our actual challenge. Because even like the people that we were just communicating with, like they're all really interested in there, but we could have totally fed that a lot better. Meaning if we had documented it and then also posted about it consistently and then be like, what is this thing? When I would drop it at the end after and then I show like the big transformations. Because for me, we had a big could before and after, especially with my gut, my abs were way popping. And then so like, it would be cool to see if you, your traders and then they all are doing it, they would get the benefits from it, then they would easily be able to sell it to the members. So having the buy-in I think would be the most important thing.
