The interview
What is your overall experience with Infusive?
Overall experience with Infusive is phenomenal. I absolutely adore the team behind them. They have earned our respect; I see how hard they work. They care so much about their clients and the industry.
How has Infusive helped Hydrate IV Bar scale since you began franchising?
We began franchising in 2020 and have grown rapidly since. That was the perfect time for us to find a partner like Infusive to really help us grow and scale, not only with systems and technology, but most importantly, safety and compliance. They have been a strategic and such an important partner to us to really help across the board.
How did your team handle the transition to Infusive's technology?
With any new technology in the system, there's always a little bit of resistance from teammates; it's just change and learning something new. Luckily with Infusive, not only is it an amazing technology platform, but there are incredible people behind the scenes to really hold our hand and help and make it so personable.
What surprised you most about working with them?
What surprised me the most about working with Infusive is truly how much they care about our team and our day to day. They really go above and beyond. I'm just really grateful that they have plan A, B, C, D; they've thought of it. They have a really strong team to support us and can cover us seven days a week.
What is the number one benefit of the partnership for a CEO?
It's hard to list the number one benefit because there are so many. But really, as a founder CEO with multiple locations nationwide, being able to sleep at night knowing that safety and compliance is top of mind for everyone. Having a partner like them that have extra eyes on everything that we're doing, our medical protocols, and vetting the pharmacies and the vendors that we're working with ensures what we're administering is safe.
What tangible improvements have you noticed in your supply chain?
The control on the supply chain is a tangible improvement. My work-life balance has switched; I'm not now in the weeds keeping track of our supply chain and what is being on backorder or what is being discontinued. This is hugely beneficial and really helps me lead and focus on other areas.
How did Infusive help during the recent hurricane in the Carolinas?
In my 10 years of business, this has maybe been our third or fourth big natural disaster that's really impacted our supply chain. In years prior to working with Infusive, we were scrambling, trying to hold onto inventory and secure our supplies. This was the first time that we really didn't skip a beat.
