The interview

How long have you been involved with the Mindshare community?

I've been involved in the community for, I think, probably been about seven, eight years. I've been in the Mastermind for three, going on four years and I've completely transformed my business.

What specific changes have you seen in your business since joining?

I've grown the brick and mortar I've had for 20 years, I'm no longer the primary driver of revenue. I've actually been able to remove myself from the revenue model and really take on the ownership role. I've launched a podcast called Menopause Mastery. We now are a little over 100 episodes in and I'm doing a documentary this fall and I'm in the middle of a capital raise for an entire women's health digital platform plus telemedicine initiative.

What is the value of the community or 'tribe' at Mindshare?

In this world, where we are an outlier, often with our family and friends, we have crazy thoughts, we have big dreams and when you come to the Mastermind and the Mindshare community, you're in a community of people that have big plans, have big desires. People that are going to change the world. And they uplevel you just by being in the room, just by being present.

How would you describe the educational experience at the events?

Whether it's vendors sharing what they do or, you know, the speakers, immediately applicable activities that can radically change not only your business but YOU, honestly. It was something from the last conference that is accelerating even more so now.

How has Mindshare helped you with technology and AI?

The opportunities in this community because there are technology firms and people like Mike Koenigs that have a great handle on technology and can really help this community use it. I've been heavily involved since last year learning the newest application and the way to use it.

Why should someone attend the Mindshare Summit?

You need to attend the summit because you have a job and you want to be a business owner and entrepreneur. And you can't do that doing the same things you did before. So come to the summit, become an entrepreneur, and grow your business the way you want it.
