Who do you represent and why did you choose this company?
My name is Bob Danna and I represent Heritage Commons Condominium Complex here in Auburn, Massachusetts. What we saw and what we heard about this company was really, really good. We had a couple of previous management companies that were nothing up to speed like this.
What benefits have the condominium owners experienced?
The benefits I think that we have is that the owners have been giving us some positive feedback that when they call for a reason, maybe they needed something fixed or something corrected, they were responded to immediately. The response from the ownership has been really good.
What is your opinion of the staff and leadership?
They're very supportive. Randy does a good job with his company. Our property management person is Samantha. She's really good. She gets right back to us.
How does the company handle scheduling and meetings?
We do have meetings at our convenience, which is nice.
Why would you recommend R&R Realty Management to others?
I would recommend them because they do what they're supposed to do. You're paying them a fee, and they do what they say they're going to do.
