I learned this week that my heart has two layers to it. And that I'm spending too much of my life with it closed off.

This week showed me the benefits of the male relationships in my life, helped me heal myself, my inner wounds with my mother and unexpressed emotions, isolated selves that weren't expressed. That were too scary to face.

What is your new vision for how you interact with the world?

Given that I've made these healings, I have this vision now of being able to send out a pulse, a drumbeat from my heart to those around me and to generate a resonance with all beings.

What is your biggest takeaway from the experience?

I think the biggest takeaway is just that I can live my life more heart-opened, and clear of mental gunk as a free-flowing vessel. Giving and receiving, moment by moment.

Hi, I'm Ryan McCall from Palo Alto, California. I learned this week that my heart has two layers to it. And that I'm spending too much of my life with it closed off.
