The interview
What is the most challenging part of mealtime for you?
I feel like one of the most challenging parts about mealtime is that it happens every single week, and you feel like you have to reinvent the wheel and come up with something creative. And yet, many weeks there are just so many other details of life to figure out that it's just one more thing added to the list.
How has Prep Dish helped you manage these challenges?
I really appreciated just not having to think about it, having a shopping list ready to go, and having someone else take over all of that decision-making. That's why Prep Dish has been so helpful for us and I continue to use it and can't imagine not having it as a tool in my toolbox.
What was the number one benefit you experienced?
The number one benefit I've experienced from Prep Dish is the efficiency aspect and how it streamlines our weekly routine. I knew Prep Dish was right for me when I saw the simplicity of the menus and how customizable they were.
What did you realize you were actually purchasing?
The thing I thought I was buying was a menu plan but what I was really buying was a reduction in my mental load every single week when I thought about what the family was having for dinner.
How does mealtime look different now?
I just don't have to think so hard and there's not as much decision fatigue when it comes to putting meals on the table. I have everything planned out in advance, and it makes the evenings run so much more smoothly.
