The treatment tables have held up really nicely we purchased a couple back you know like I said a couple years ago and we're keeping those.
It's not over text or direct messages. They do reach out to you individually... which is really nice to talk to a real human these days.

The interview

Can you introduce yourself and your business?

My name is Talisha Hunt. I'm the owner of St. George Med Spa here in St. George, Utah.

How did you first discover Spa Source and how long have you been a customer?

It came up on my Instagram years and years ago and so we ordered from them. I bet it's been four years, I mean three years somewhere in there.

What factors led you to choose Spa Source over other equipment providers?

They just had some of the best prices. They were the most responsive as well to us and so that's kind of what led us down that road. They were very responsive with all the questions that we had. The pricing was great. They had really great reviews. The shipping seemed to be quick.

What was your experience with their customer service during the ordering process?

The customer service is probably one of the best. Getting a phone call from someone directly when I did order to set up the delivery, to make sure that everything was right, the color was right, all of that. Just to talk to someone directly was probably the biggest thing.

How does the quality of the tables compare to other brands you have used?

I really have liked how we've had automatic treatment tables in the past that are kind of jerky and theirs is not. So that was another thing that I was very happy with.

What advice would you give to someone unsure about which equipment to buy?

Reach out and have them give you a call to be able to give you a better understanding maybe if you're unsure of which treatment table to go with of what you're trying to do. Are you an OB? Are you injecting? They will give you honest suggestions of which one would fit best for you.

How have the products performed over the long term?

The treatment tables have held up really nicely. We purchased a couple back a couple years ago and we're keeping those. We were just adding more to our practice so that they all match a little bit better—different colors. It's not that anything was wrong with them, just kind of getting more rooms and getting bigger so we needed some more treatment tables.
