Versatile Motorized Exam Chairs and Exceptional Customer Service for New Med Spa

Our practice name is Livestrong Aesthetics and Wellness and we're located in Orland Park, Illinois. it was a lot of recommendations from Facebook We're new to this industry, so we weren't sure what was best, what was not. So we did some researched and looked at a bunch of different websites and then I went to a couple of different med spa aesthetics Facebook groups and this one was really highly recommended. We first ordered them. We were having our floors redone, so we needed it to be pushed back just a little bit and they were willing to hold on to it and deliver it when we needed it And as soon as we were ready for them, he was able to send them pretty quickly The chairs are really nice. We do a lot of different procedures. So we're able to move things around, raise patients up, lower them down, their feet up, head down. The arms come up and down. So it's, it's worked out really well for us. There were a couple of other companies that I looked at when I was researching them and the prices were all pretty comparable. Some were a little bit more expensive, some were a little bit cheaper. But the quality of the product was what I ⁓ finally went with we were a new Med Spa. So, you know, things were under construction and then, Of course, with contractors, things don't always go the way they go. So, they were really willing to work with us, get it scheduled when we needed it to be scheduled, hold onto it, and answer any questions that we had. When we were ready for them, they were responsive. We didn't have to wait for anything and they were right on the ball as soon as we asked them to send them. My experience working SpaSource has been really great. Great customer service, great product. The questions that we have have been answered. And we haven't had any trouble customer service can be sometimes in some of these places we're working with, it's not the best. So It's been a really pleasant experience. If you're hesitating to work with SpaSource, my recommendation would be to go with them. They have great customer service, they have a quality product, their chairs are versatile, and I would definitely buy from them again when we have future needs. Okay, so this is the chair. The feet go up and down. The backrest goes up and down. You can lay it in a flat position and the armrests and down so they are not in your way And also, you can turn the chair if you need to.
