They were easy to work with to get the products here, to get the chairs into my space and to make sure that I had the coverage for any future issues. So I think that part was by far the easiest. I work with a lot of equipment vendors in other areas. It's not always this easy. I found it surprising that Spa Source was fairly competitive with the pricing. Being new to the category was unfamiliar with the pricing variations in the chair quality, in particular, which is what I purchased. And so I was able to do a lot of homework on their website, compare their products with others and not only the pricing, but the quality of the feedback. and the ease of getting the product compared with others. And so for me, that was really what made them the immediate choice. Overall, my experience working with Spa Source has been positive. The chairs that we moved forward with, my clients loved them. We have a lot of folks who fall asleep in the chair as a result of the comfort of their service, but also, it would be very difficult to do that if you were in an uncomfortable state. Very fortunate that we made the decision we did. The product that we chose was high quality and Spa Source has stood behind the caliber of their product. And so for me in the digital age, where reviews are everything, this was an incredibly easy choice to make.
