Achieving Attractive IRR and Substantial Tax Benefits Through Passive Real Estate Investing

I had exited from an ownership stake in a company, and I was looking at a lot of different things while I rode out a Non-compete when I was introduced to these guys. I think it was really just a level of trust and integrity, and each time I spoke with the gentlemen at Sunrise, they did what they said they were gonna do and they kept everything nice and simple. Hi, my name is Andrew Cool. I am from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and currently self-employed. The highlighted areas I would illuminate are... The tax benefit is pretty substantial. The story around affordable housing is very, very positive for everyone, right? It's positive for those less fortunate or in need of housing at a reasonable cost. certainly the ongoing income piece and the monthly recurring piece, the IRR on the investment is obviously very attractive, but those are the couple of pieces that really stood out. It's really been all positive. Again, going back to the simplicity, the trust and integrity piece that has really never waned a bit from day one. Each and every time that I've spoken with someone and they've kind of promised anything small or large, they've come through with it. Obviously very important. And it should really go without saying in arena like this, but it doesn't. I've certainly had some experiences that were far less positive and struggled to get what was promised to me. guys have really come through 100 every single aspect of what they've said and what they promised. Yeah, they've got a full team of resources. a lot of people that do what they do that are really trying to provide the least amount of back-end support as possible. And I feel like these guys - and they've proven to me over the course of a couple of years now, that they're not doing that. They've got a full team. There's always someone available. I've dealt with a handful of different people, and there's never been a time where I really struggled with getting responses, having someone reach out to me, which sounds overly simplistic, but it's very, important for, certainly for most people, but it was very, very important as I was kind of vetting opportunities a couple of years ago. I would say jump right needed, jump in small and kinda grow. That's what I did. I started at the minimum, continually grown my investment with them in a couple of different You look at the historical values on the funds and the IRRs, and only have they met what they promised and forecasted, they've exceeded it, so... Start small if needed, but I really would truly say just jump right in. I have a number of different investments in my portfolio. I don't have anything that I have as much trust and optimism with as I do with Sunrise.
