The community feels like home to me, well, because I've lived here forever. And also the people that live within our community. I feel like everybody is able to come together whenever we need to, and everybody is very friendly and helpful.
Can you introduce yourself and where you live?
Hi, my name is Tiffany Wainscott. I live in the Sherman Estates community located in Dry Ridge, Kentucky. I take care of my grandmother, and I also clean Airbnbs for a living.
What originally brought you to the Sunrise community?
What brought me to the Sunrise community was... honestly, when I was 7 years old, my parents brought me here. When we first moved into the trailer park, there wasn't hardly any trailers here at all. We were one of the very first ones to move in.
How would you describe your overall experience living there?
My overall experience living in the Sunrise community has been positive.
What does it mean to you to own your home within the community?
What it means to me to own my home within the Sunrise community is that it gives me peace of mind because with certain changes, I don't have to worry about what may happen potentially.
What specific improvements have you noticed recently?
There have been several improvements while I have been living here. Some of positive improvements that they have made is speed bumps. They have been getting a lot of the people out of the community that does not need to be here. That's been a huge help.
What would you tell someone considering moving into a Sunrise Community?
If someone considered moving into Sunrise Community, I would want them to know that things are definitely where they need to be. And I'm hoping that they stay that way for the future to come.
