She's the one that we're staying with and that's who we're going to work with." Well, I made it clear that we didn't want to buy anything really expensive. I made it real clear that we wanted to stay under $275,000, which is a limited price range. And unlike other realtors, she said "that's not a problem. We're going to get this done." So, she's the type of person to go and do it. She doesn't think about it twice. She won't hesitate to help you. She's somebody that will go all the way out to meet you at your specific needs. Joslen and I, we saw this house that we really wanted on their website. It was all the way in Los Lunas and, mind you, we live in Albuquerque. We remember calling her late at night - It was around, like, 9pm. And we called her and we told her, "Dawn, we really love this place." We don't want to bother you right now but we're gonna send you it so you can take a look at it and let us know what you think. I think this is the place." And we had just seen it from the outside. We hadn't even gone inside or anything bcause we needed Dawn for that. And she told us, "Do you mind waiting 50 minutes?" I'm all the way in Rio Rancho, I can make so you guys can go inside and take a look at it." And we were like, "No way, that's crazy. Don't even do that." Like, we felt so bad. she was like, "No, there's no way that I would let you guys miss out on the home of your dreams. So, I really want to do this right now." And I remember her she got in her car with her son. And she got there, she opened the house for us, we went inside and we told her, "Dawn, this is the place. We really like it." she called listing broker right away and she tried to get some numbers going and she told us, "You know what?" We're gonna keep working on this tonight and if they get us a verbal approval the next day then the house will be pending." And that's exactly what happened. We woke up, like, 8am and Joslen wakes me up and he's like, "Babe, the house is pending. This house is going to be ours thanks to Dawn." And they definitely treated us that way. They loved us. Yes, it was a limited price range. We didn't want to spend a lot of money and they met our needs and in a crazy, almost impossible way. But it's not only the fact that Dawn went at that time to check out the home with us - even though it was so late - it's the fact that even her own kids were right there next to her helping us with that too.
