The interview

Who are you and what is your background?

My name is Josephine Isenberg. I live in Commack, New York, and I have been retired for many years. I was a domestic engineer in today's world.

What was your situation before finding Paul at The Modern Medicare Agency?

I was petrified because I'm gonna be 65 next week, and I have to go on Medicare and the whole nine yards. I knew nothing because I did not want to get lost in a number. It was very overwhelming. I didn't know what the first step was. What am I supposed to pick? What am I supposed to do? I had no idea whatsoever.

How did Paul help you understand your options?

He made it very easy. He answered all my questions until I understood. He had to explain things probably 10 times to me and was very patient with me. And he, just his caring way, that really touched me from the bottom of my heart.

Can you describe a time when Paul went above and beyond for you?

He jumped on everything that I needed. As a matter of fact, when I had gotten one of my cards, they had my name, two letters of my name backwards. He jumped right on it. For me, he was about to go away on vacation, and something, like I said, went wrong. He jumped on it. I left him a message while he was away on vacation, and I said, 'You know, no rush.' And I heard from him.

How would you describe the communication and relationship with the agency?

I can get in touch with him. I can't be more grateful to him for that. And I know that if I need something, I can call him with a question or, or anything. He is truly, truly real. He's got that personality. It's not like it's a whole corporate thing. I truly, truly trust him.

Would you recommend The Modern Medicare Agency to others?

Whatever he says to me, I trust him, and I would totally recommend him. Totally.
