How has your outlook changed since starting 40 Years of Zen?
After starting my 40 Years of Zen, my outlook is to re enter the world with love and respond with love and kind of just even in the moments where you get caught up to really take a step back and breathe, breathe and then respond with love.
What are you most excited about following your experience?
I'm most excited about all the new possibilities and opportunities that I will have for myself now whether that's health, travel, career. It's just all new and open to me.
Why would you recommend this program to others?
I would recommend 40 Years of Zen because it brought so much clarity to me.
What was your state of mind before you arrived compared to now?
I really came in with not knowing what I was going to do, where I was going and the path just became so clear here.
