The interview
Who are you and what do you do?
My name is Alex J. Moscow and I run a company called World Class Events and I live in Austin, Texas. I've been in the high ticket coaching space and live events, seminars, workshops, industry for the past 15 years.
What was the challenge with your previous method of capturing testimonials?
When I have had videographers, I have a full AB team shooting stage talks and a separate team for social content and B-roll. They'll maybe capture five, six, or seven testimonials. With a room of a hundred people, that's only 7%. I knew there were so many people who had a great experience but didn't have the time or a clear structure to share it.
Why did you decide to work with Share One?
I wanted to be able to have a much wider net to be able to capture testimonials, to make it really simple and really easy for the participants at my events to be able to share about it as well. I wanted the incredible transformation my events produce in person to be matched and communicated online.
What is the quality of the testimonials you receive now?
I have literally dozens of awesome case studies and testimonials that aren't just people sharing their experience. They went through a specific process to pull out the most important parts from a marketing perspective: what was valuable, why they actually said yes, the specific value they got, and would they recommend it to someone else.
How has Share One impacted your relationship with sponsors and vendors?
Until working with Share One, I didn't even think about having my sponsors share a video testimonial. To actually have video footage and the story of what it was like to work with us as an event host and how we showed up for them—I know that this is going to produce an extra six figures in sponsorships at my events over the next year.
What is your advice for other event runners?
If you're running events, having a trained team to be able to capture those stories of your participants and your attendees as they're in the energy of the event is one of the most valuable assets that you can ever put into your events. If you want to continue to sell them out and also make six or seven figures at your next event, you have to work with Share One.
Frequently asked

Can video testimonials help increase event sponsorship sales?
Yes, according to Alex Moscow, having specific video stories from vendors about their experience working with the host is a vital asset. He projects that these specific Share One testimonials will produce an extra six figures in sponsorships over the next year.
What makes Share One testimonials better than standard video interviews?
Moscow highlights that Share One uses a specific process to pull out the most important marketing elements, such as why a participant said yes and the specific value they received, rather than just general feedback.
