Can you introduce yourself and where you are living?
Hi, my name is Tishauna Perue, and I am living in Hayden, Colorado.
How would you describe your overall experience living in the apartment?
Honestly, as it's coming to an end, I'm a little sad because I love that little apartment, but I have to give it up. I recently got engaged, so I'm moving out of my little apartment to go live with my spouse. But it was a wonderful experience living there.
How did the company support your stay and handle maintenance?
Preferred Properties in Steamboat really supported my stay in there. Maintenance of the building was amazing. I love your online portal. Absolutely easy to get any requesting or responses.
How did they handle your lease transition?
Even though it was a little bit abrupt to switch over my lease, they understood my circumstance, and they were pretty easy to communicate with to facilitate that transition. They really thought about me as an individual as well, which is super appreciated. Sean was phenomenal and just worked with me throughout that process.
What was the communication like during your tenancy?
Throughout my time there, honestly, communication was great. I could always communicate via email, via phone calls; pretty easy to connect. Whether you guys were out of office or not, I got a response, and I knew how to navigate whatever issue I was having.
What did you think of the property's physical condition and community?
What I really liked is how you guys took great care of the complex itself. In Steamboat, there's snow, there's a bunch of different stuff, and you guys took care of the property itself, the surrounding, the townhouses; immaculate at all times. It's a pretty safe community, pretty quiet neighborhood, and I think you guys just really take pride in whoever, whatever tenants you pick that is a really good mesh within that complex.
How was the pricing and the layout of the unit?
Every rental property is a little bit challenging in the mountains, but price-wise is pretty on point. It's reasonable. I was a single person living there and it was pretty affordable. I kind of like the little funky layout. It's pretty unique. Even though the buildings are kind of adjoined you really have your own space, and it felt great for me.
