The interview

What was your life like before joining Rapid Liver Reset?

My life before joining Rapid Liver Reset was difficult. I was very overweight, weighing about 230 pounds, and suffering from diabetes, thyroid issues, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. I was very tired all the time, had a lot of fatigue, brain fog, and my digestion was off.

Did you have any specific health concerns or history that made you hesitant?

In 2016 I had my gallbladder removed because I had stones. When I joined Rapid Liver Reset, I was concerned about whether or not it would be good for me because I'd already had my gallbladder removed, but I found out it was, and I could indeed participate and that was great.

What made you decide to say 'yes' to the program?

What made me say 'yes' was watching a video of Sinclair where she told about her experiences and how she was able to recover and get healthy again. If she could do it, I figured I could do it.

Were there any obstacles that almost prevented you from joining?

I think it would have been the price, but I thought my health is worth the investment. One of the things that was really beneficial is that they were able to split the payments for me so I didn't have to pay it all up front, and that was very helpful.

What surprised you most about the program?

How quickly I started seeing results. Before I was out of the prep stage, I actually passed a parasite! It was exciting to see that I'd lost weight, even though I wasn't really on a diet; I just changed my eating habits and followed the program.

What specific results have you seen in your lab work?

My lab works I just got back, everything's in range and I'm now a 5.3 A1C, which is not even considered diabetic. I'm down 51 pounds and my blood sugar is now under control.

What tools or parts of the program were most helpful to you?

I did the green path for prep and flush and didn't have any problems. I passed some worms, parasites, and a lot of biofilm. The tools that were helpful were mainly the education and the support that I got from the group.

How has your daily life changed since completing the program?

I'm a whole different person now. I'm able to go out with my husband and go shopping, walk around, and I started swimming, which I hadn't done in probably over 20 years. My sleep has improved, and my symptoms of anxiety and depression are almost totally gone now.
