The interview

What was your overall experience with the Detox Rejuvenation program?

My overall experience was great because I was so prepared for it. The way I felt afterwards, because of what I was able to see my body release and let go of, was amazing. I had immediate results as far as my overall gut; I could eat foods that I wasn't able to eat before.

What was your life like before starting this program?

My life before this program was very sluggish. Just extreme chronic fatigue, brain fog, and my gut was always inflamed. I had lots of foods that I couldn't eat, joint pain, and body aches. I was just overall feeling terrible.

Did you have any specific medical diagnoses or emergencies?

I did experience gallbladder issues. I had three very severe gallbladder attacks that landed me in the emergency room. I refused to have it removed. I knew there was a way for it to get better, so I researched castor oil packs and things to make sure I could keep my gallbladder.

How did you know your liver needed attention?

I knew based on my symptoms that I had a sluggish liver. When I listened to Sinclair's classes and her teaching on it, everything she said symptom-wise, I totally had all of it. So I just knew it was time to give my liver some more care.

What was the process of the program like for you?

All the tools were there, the coaching was there, and the guidance was there. I just followed the steps, made my cozy little space, and designated that time for me to do it. I was surprised how many stones were living inside of me, and I'm so happy they came out.

What did you find most valuable about the program structure?

What I loved about the program is that I was present for the education part—teaching and learning, soaking it all in, and having the protocol. Each week was laid out for me, and we didn't just jump right into it. I was able to prepare mentally and with all the supplements.

Why would you recommend this program to others?

I recommend it because of the way it makes you feel. We're all carrying around toxins and stones, and our livers are just overburdened. Having already done the flush three times, the results I feel are just great. It feels so good to have a gut that is not irritated by everything anymore.
