My perspective of go to work every day rather than being a construction worker like I have been for the last 25 years. My company doing all the work myself.
What is your goal for your career transition?
I want to basically just transition into sales and consulting and that would give me time to spend with my family.
How do you hope this change affects your personal life?
I have two young kids, really looking forward to presenting myself around the family and the ones I love.

Biggest takeaway would be the just the dream mode and the realization in dream mode that can set these expectations and still come out of the dream and want to live it and feel that it's possible and just act on it.
