Securing a Simple Legacy for Family to Avoid Probate Stress

I was always kind of putting off taking care of my business as far as if something was to happen to me. Being a single person with no children, no spouse, I knew if something was to happen to me, it probably would get a little complicated for my siblings, and nieces and nephews as far as who would get what. And so I decided that it would be a great idea if I would talk to an attorney, when I saw the ad about finalizing all business effects so that it would be less complicated on my family as possible.so I think the pivoting point for me was when Elliott was talking about the challenges that his mom had to go through. They had to pay for probate attorney. Just seemed like, you know, they're already grieving the death of his dad, but then to have to have these additional expenses, and I didn't want to run into that. So I figured probably the best thing for me to do is to... call Elliott Feldman's office and make final arrangements so that I wouldn't run into that. just was an overall great experience. I enjoy talking to the staff. They would clarify any further questions I had. so, I appreciated their availability to be able to do that for me. They were very knowledgeable, very professional. They made it simple for me to understand, and they made themselves available in case I had further questions - like when we got off the call, and I thought about something later on. I could call back in, and I found both of them to be very, very informative, very engaging. They just made my job easy as far as, setting things up and getting it going. Many people procrastinate and put things off, but you just never know. It's probably best to handle your arrangements as soon as possible and not procrastinate. Elliott Feldman's office, I highly recommend contact his office because again, It's not good to put it off because we never know when we're gonna pass away. But you always wanna consider your family, what you're putting them through - bad enough they're grieving, missing you. And you just don't want that added stress put on your family, so...
