What has your experience been like at the 2024 Nutritious Life Masterclass?
The 2024 Nutritious Life Masterclass has been absolutely above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. I was here last year, and this has even topped that.
What has been the most significant part of the weekend for you?
The connection, the camaraderie, the collaboration with these women—the connection is so deep and so real. We're just making these amazing lifetime connections and that's really been the biggest piece of the weekend so far.
Which specific presentation stood out to you during the event?
In terms of the talks, I have loved every single one, but Lauren Streicher's talk about hormones was just above and beyond. I wish we could have had another hour.
