The interview

Can you introduce yourself and describe your initial experience with the program?

I'm Jennifer Dill from Lake Charles, Louisiana. I'm a CPA. I was part of the Gut Protocol program, and it included some tickets to Austin, which is within driving distance, so I felt like I really needed to do that. Really everything about it has been great. I feel different. I feel better.

What was the atmosphere of the live event like?

It was wonderful. I mean, it was a small group, so it was perfect. He and his family were welcoming, and it's a beautiful location. It was great to visit with people at work, to work with them, and to get to know them a little bit. It was really nice. Overall, it was just so serene, and I learned so much.

What specific practices have you adopted from the program?

I think I will be doing QiGong the rest of my life. I'm doing the gong that they asked us to do for one hundred days. I had never really been able to sustain a practice of meditation before, and so this really is gonna be the thing that is gonna be it for me.

What tangible improvements have you noticed in your daily life?

I am sleeping better. I'm not sure—I do a lot of things at once, so I'm not sure which thing was the thing, but it's been really overall better. Everything in my life is better. Relationships, just ease of getting through the day and obstacles, just anything that comes up, it's just been easier.

How has your mindset changed regarding personal growth?

It is a commitment to improving my body and my mind and allowing, instead of forcing things. You will not regret it no matter what. The community is wonderful. Pedram and his family are wonderful, and the location was amazing, and the food. It was just a beautiful weekend.
