Who are you and why did you decide to attend Event Profit Engine?

My name is Jenna Phillips Ballard and I am one of the co-founders of Ascension Leadership Academy. I wanted to come be a participant and an attendee at Event Profit Engine because I love Alex. Alex is somebody who I deeply trust with my company.

How has Alex Moscow helped you with your specific business goals?

He's been working with me on creating my very first leadership summit and we're so excited about that because he just really gets in the nitty-gritty of how to create an event that actually scales.

What has been your favorite part of the experience so far?

My favorite part about the Event Profit Engine so far has honestly been the people who are here. You look around the room and you're like, 'oh, my gosh, that person's here.' It just is really indicative of the frequency and also the impact. Collectively the difference that we're all making together is in the millions, if not hundreds of millions of people.

What is your impression of the support team and event logistics?

The support team here all weekend has just been so amazing. So on top of things, they're really paying attention to all the details that really matter. I'm just noticing how everyone is feeling very taken care of. The food has been great, and it's just been really fun. We're dancing, we're moving.

What are your main takeaways regarding business growth?

I've gotten so many powerful takeaways about how I can not only scale my business, but also be more effective in creating the kind of partnerships, JVs, and relationships that are going to really bring my business to a whole other level.

What is the ultimate benefit of bringing your purpose into the event space?

I believe that taking your purpose in the space of events is not only going to multiply your results and your impact and your revenue and the people that you're here to serve, but it's also going to create a sense of fulfillment that maybe you've never experienced before.

Alex is somebody who I deeply trust with my, my company. Hes been working with me on, on creating my very first leadership summit and we're so excited about that because he just really gets in the, the nitty gritty of how to create an event that actually scales and also be on stage a little bit here and there and just, I'm just all. I'm all the things, I'm just here in this beautiful ecosystem of leadership and transformation and, and serving the world. My favorite part about the event Profit Engine so far has honestly been the people who are here. I mean, you look around the room and you're like, oh, my gosh, that person's here and that person's here. And why can't believe that person's here. And it's just like the queen quality of leaders and the quality of people who are here. It just is really indicative of the frequency and also the impact. So collectively the difference that we're all making together is in the millions, if not hundreds of millions of people. And it feels like the place that I'm supposed to be. I couldn't be anywhere else this weekend. The support team here all weekend has just been so amazing. So on top of things, they're really paying attention to all the details that really matter. And I'm just noticing how everyone is feeling very taken care of. The food has been great, and it's just been really fun. I mean, we're dancing, we're moving. like the whole piece, all of it, all of it together, is really just a really beautiful masterpiece of how we can really collectively make the world a better place. And I'm seeing also the thread through, like, all the sponsors who are here, they support 1 another, and they're going to other events, and then those are going to their events. And so it's just this really beautiful collective of support and also contribution. Like everyone is. Everybody wants everybody to win. There's no scarcity here. Theres no competition. It's just all collaboration and true support. I've gotten so many powerful takeaways about how I can not only scale my business, but also be more effective in creating the kind of partnerships, JVs relationships that are going to really bring my business to a whole other level. We're all born with a very specific purpose. And I believe that taking your purpose in the space of events is not only going to multiply your results and your impact and your revenue and the people that you're here to serve, but it's also going to create a sense of fulfillment that maybe you've never experienced before. So even if you're already launching events, you're producing events, you're doing it regularly, there's always that next layer of how you can be even more skilled, more dialed, more strategic and more effective. And that's what this collective is all about, really being a part of something where it's just like the frequency is excellence, and everybody who's here is literally the best at what they do.
