The interview

What surprised you the most about working with F8 Wellcenters?

What surprised me the most is that I actually saw results. At first I started feeling better, and I think I was genuinely shocked. I just didn't think it was going to happen. And then eventually, you know, I started seeing the scale moved a little bit, my clothes fit better, and my whole mindset changed around the way that I could feel better and be healthier for me and my family.

Can you describe your life and health before starting the program?

Before working with F8 Wellcenters my life was tired. I'm a mom of five, and I work full time, and I just found myself in a place where I never had energy. I had gained weight over the years after having my kids, and couldn't seem to lose any of that weight, no matter what I tried. I just didn't feel good.

How did you feel about the virtual appointment format?

My appointments were virtual, and at first I was hesitant because it felt like something I really wanted to do in person. But the F8 team made it really comfortable, and they never made me feel like I was missing out on something by being virtual.

What made you decide to say 'yes' to F8 Wellcenters?

I feel like they have done their research. I would watch Dr. Ben on Instagram, and he was always talking about things that were not the mainstream. When he would start talking about something, it would click for me. You know, he's talking about me, and he's talking about all the intricacies that nobody understands unless you've been there.

What other methods had you tried previously that didn't work?

The things that I've tried previously that didn't work for me is a long list. Specifically when it comes to weight loss, I had definitely tried fasting, maybe carb cycling and cutting carbs. I had gone dairy and gluten-free, but I had never paid attention to the way my blood sugar affects my body. I've been to traditional doctors who said, 'Welcome to 40. This is just your life now.'

What are you doing differently now after completing the program?

I am absolutely eating better for me. I have found the foods that make me feel good, and they give me the energy that I didn't have before. Before, by 8 o'clock at night, I was trying to get my kids in bed just so I could crawl in bed. Now I'm back to waking up feeling refreshed in the morning. I enjoy the day, my family, and even work because my brain is back into it.

What was your experience during the initial consultation?

I remember sitting with Dr. Jake in my initial consultation, and he started saying, 'I know you have this going on and this going on and this going on.' He was the first person that said, 'I can tell you how all of those are connected and I can help you fix those so you feel better.' And I started crying because no one else had ever been able to connect all of the things I was seeing.

Frequently asked

Is F8 Wellcenters worth the cost?

Kristen Regenold initially hesitated due to the cost, but after discussing it with her husband, she decided her health was worth the investment since previous methods failed. She now views the program as providing fundamental information she will carry for the rest of her life.

Are virtual health consultations effective?

Kristen was initially hesitant about the virtual format because she preferred in-person care, but she found the F8 team made her feel comfortable and ensured she never felt like she was missing out on the quality of care.

How does F8 Wellcenters differ from traditional medicine?

Unlike traditional doctors who told Kristen her symptoms were just a part of turning 40, F8 Wellcenters took a holistic approach. Dr. Jake was able to connect all her symptoms and explain how they were related to her unique biology.

And then eventually, you know, I started seeing the scale moved a little bit, my clothes fit better, and my whole mindset changed around the way that I could feel better and be healthier for me and my family. I think I'm really surprised at the long-lasting effects. Like, they have instilled some really fundamental information that I will carry with me for the next however many years I'm here. I'm Kristen Regenold, I live in Collierville, Tennessee, and I work for an advertising agency. Before working with F8 Wealth Centers my life was tired. I'm a mom of five, and I work full time, and I just found myself in a place where I never had energy. I had gained weight over the years after having my kids, and couldn't seem to lose any of that weight, no matter what I tried. And I just didn't feel good. And that's kind of what drove me to make this decision. I wanted to feel good and feel like myself again. So my appointments were virtual, and at first I was hesitant because it felt like something I really wanted to do in person. But the F8 team made it really comfortable, and they never made me feel like I was missing out on something by being virtual. I think what made me say, "yes" to F8 Well Center was the fact that I feel like they have done their research. Like, they know about so many things that I had never even heard of. I would watch Dr. Ben on Instagram, and he was always talking about things that were not the mainstream. And when he would start talking about something, it would click for me. You know, he's talking about me, and he's talking about all the intricacies that nobody understands unless you've been there. And I think that's really what clicked for me. If there was something that may have prevented me from getting started with the program... probably the cost. But at the end of the day, when I discussed it with my husband, you know, we decided, this is my health. I only get one shot at this. The things that I've tried previously that didn't work for me is a long list. Specifically when it comes to weight loss. I had definitely tried, you know, fasting, maybe carb cycling and cutting carbs. I had gone, you know, dairy and gluten-free, but I had never paid attention to the way my blood sugar affects my body or the way that eating certain things together can really affect the way that I feel. I've definitely, you know, tried different exercise programs. I've been to traditional doctors who said, "Welcome to 40. This is just your life now." So, I felt like I had given a lot trying to make myself better, but I think I had never talked to somebody who had a holistic approach, and that's really what ended up making the difference for me. What I'm doing differently now that I wasn't doing before the program is absolutely eating better for me. And I think that's different for each person. But for me, I have found the foods that make me feel good, and they give me the energy that I didn't have before. Before I went on the program. By the time 8 o' clock at night rolled around, I was trying to get my kids in bed just so I could crawl in bed. I didn't have an ounce of energy left in me. And now I'm back to waking up feeling refreshed in the morning. I feel like I can... not just get through the day. I feel like I enjoy the day and I enjoy my family and I enjoy even work. Like my brain is back into it because I feel good. I remember sitting with Dr. Jake in my initial consultation, and he started saying, "I know you have this going on and this going on and this going on." And he was the first person that said, "I can tell you how all of those are connected and I can help you fix those so you feel better." And I started crying because no one else had ever been able to connect all of the things I was seeing and tell me that I could feel better one day. So I have been telling everybody, give them a shot. Maybe they can help figure it out for you too.
