Nancy Brigham Overcomes Real Estate Inexperience Through Expert Tax Lien Coaching

Nancy (00:00) I've really enjoyed the people that I've got to meet Education into a whole new subject that I had no background or even thought of interest on it until I read how this works out, what you're doing, and how I can support the county as well. It can be a win-win for people, which I like as well. stepping outside your comfort zone, why not? So those are the things that stand out for My name is Nancy Brigham and I'm from California. I was quite enthusiastic about it. I thought the presentation was awesome and very straightforward and creative and kind of a great way to make money. So that's what interested me. I didn't really see any red flags at all. No, I thought the people were great. I thought the presentation was awesome. And then how they worked us into the program was well done. I have a master's in education. I just - I found the education to be excellent. I've really enjoyed the learning curve with my coach Erin Lussier. She's just amazing. I've had Stephanie as well before, and she's awesome also - Everybody's awesome. But I really like how I've been coached, and when I call the hotline, I get people that call me back and they help me with my problems. So I feel like I've got my hand held through the whole process. because it's quite a learning curve, I'll be honest there. If anything would have held me back in the beginning, I was like, oh my God, I've never done real estate before. I don't know if I can do this. you know, lack of experience would be my hesitation, but the other pro factors just outweighed I've really enjoyed the coaching. I've enjoyed getting to know the programs. I'm still primarily focused in Florida right now, which is fine. It's a great launching ground. And I'm getting more and more confidence as I get into program with Erin. the introductory videos and then the lessons and the coaching into it is spectacular. You can go back and you can review. can speed the video up a little bit if you want to kind of get through it little faster too, you know, the speed on it. I like that too because those hours run into a sore butt after a while. So it's all good there. But yeah, I think the education is just excellent. I have put several bids in on numerous ones, but I just started this last year and I had a little bit of a hiatus in there. So I've got my bids in, I've got some auctions coming up and I've still got my fingers crossed. I pulled it from my retirement... my retirement savings that I have that I'm living on right now. I don't have any children and my family's not real close by. So my legacy would be just to share the wealth with other people of what I'm doing, the program, just by word of mouth. And people will talk to me about it. And I've had some people that have contacted Tax Lien Wealth Builders because of my enthusiasm. So... I'd say pay it forward. I would probably just nothing ventured, nothing gained. You know what? Go for it. Life's too short not to take a chance and they'll teach you. whatever your fears are, they'll help you overcome those.
