From Overworked Associate to Three Clinic Locations and Seventeen Team Members

Dr. Aisling Lanigan N.D. (00:00) I think when I originally became part of CBL, I thought I would do it maybe for a Or I thought, was like, okay, I'll do this to figure out how to start my clinic. And then fast forward seven years later, I'm still here and I still get a lot of value from being part of the mastermind and the CBL team. And they are amazing, they're very responsive. They're also really wonderful problem-solvers. And so, yeah, it's just a really great community to be a part of. Hi, I'm Dr. Aisling Lanigan. I'm a naturopathic doctor and I own Flourish, which is a multidisciplinary clinic with three locations in Toronto. So I was working as an associate four clinics at the time when I met Megan and I first met Megan at Impact Lives - probably the first Impact Lives that she ran. And I really wanted to start my own clinic. That was my goal. And I was looking for support around that. And so I started with Impact Lives, then I joined her mastermind. And during that year, I opened my first location at Flourish. And then I've been in her mastermind ever since. So I think I've been in the CBL ecosystem for seven years now, And during that time, have grown my clinic to three locations. We have an online store. We have multiple online programs. And so really Megan and her team have helped me to develop a really amazing business. I loved that she was a naturopathic doctor or former naturopathic doctor. So I felt like she really understood industry. And I really just was looking for amazing coaching and guidance. And I was looking for a group of other healthcare providers who were looking to do things a little bit outside the box or do things differently. I mean, there's been so many breakthroughs. Like as mentioned, I was a associate working at four different clinics. would work split shifts. So I worked 7 a.m. until 1 p.m. in Mississauga, Then I would drive to downtown Toronto, work 2 to 8. And I didn't have a clinical One of the clinics was women's health focus. The other was sport medicine. I was all over the place. Megan really helped me to figure out what I was passionate about. She helped me to figure out a system of care and a methodology. She helped me to create the brand for my clinic and create the clinic basically. And there's been so many hurdles along the way, So it was a really crucial time for me to have a lot of support. And I really had that during that and now we are December of 2025, with three locations and 17 associates and multiple offerings. And so there's really been wild growth in the last five years. Definitely it has helped with confidence. So I feel like there's lots of opportunities within Megan's mastermind about accessing amazing individuals like Adele Tevlin, and also just dealing with limiting beliefs and figuring out what's most important to you and focusing on that. And so I feel like there's been so much personal as well as professional growth. as healthcare associates, a lot of us are perfectionists. We deliberate a lot on decisions. And this is just a decision you don't need to deliberate on. I would just join you. You will get benefit. I think everyone gets something different whether it's the mastermind or a different program within CBL, but everyone gets what they need. there's so many ways that you can... get information and you can figure out the solution to your problem. it's really a great investment and I would not hesitate to do it.
