I started this program thinking it was going to take about a year to get pregnant but turns out I got pregnant within two weeks into the program.
What I didn't know I was getting was definitely a better lifestyle/weight loss regimen that I didn't even realize I was getting.
It's really nice to know you're healing your body and making yourself more open and available for pregnancy instead of injecting your body with all these hormones.

The interview

Can you introduce yourself and your background?

My name is Yvette Foose. I'm a stay-at-home mom but I also own a business. I resell vintage and I hand-make accessories. I am from Denver, Colorado.

What was your experience with fertility treatments before Fab Fertile?

I had worked with fertility specialist Conceptions in Colorado so I was able to do IVF with my first one. We were able to get two eggs and the second one didn't work out. So instead of going the IVF route again, we decided to do something a little more natural and that's why we went through the Fab Fertile route.

Did you have any hesitations about joining the program?

I would say the cost so up front. Like, getting an information session and then the cost being thrown out there so quickly was almost like a little deterrent. But then we just went through with it and then we were so thankful we did because that's when we got to meet the nutritionist, Caitlin.

How did the nutritional aspect of the program impact you?

I was always into nutrition and fitness and healthy eating but I guess I never did the food allergen test and I realized that some of the foods on there were definitely the foods I was eating. Dairy was very big, so I eat dairy once in a while but in the back of my mind I still know, because of the food allergen test, that that's one of the triggers. I feel great.

What were the results of the program for you?

I started this program thinking it was going to take about a year to get pregnant but turns out I got pregnant within two weeks into the program. The thing I thought I was getting with Fab Fertile was to become more fertile and conceive naturally. What I didn't know I was getting was definitely a better lifestyle/weight loss regimen that I didn't even realize I was getting.

Would you recommend Fab Fertile to others?

I would definitely recommend this program, which I already have—is because it's really nice to know you're healing your body and making yourself more open and available for pregnancy instead of injecting your body with all these hormones that IVF is. This was so much better for my body in the long run.

Frequently asked

Is the cost of Fab Fertile worth the investment?

Yvette Foose initially felt hesitant because the cost was presented quickly during the information session. However, she ultimately found it worth the investment because it provided access to specialized nutritional testing and led to a successful pregnancy.

Can Fab Fertile help if I have already tried IVF?

Yes, Yvette Foose turned to Fab Fertile after a previous IVF experience where only two eggs were retrieved and a second attempt was unsuccessful. She found the natural approach better for her body in the long run.

What kind of testing does Fab Fertile provide?

Yvette specifically highlighted the food allergen test, which identified dairy as a major trigger for her. This data-driven approach allowed her to eliminate inflammatory foods and feel better physically.
