The interview

Can you introduce yourself and your experience with Inner Circle Property Management?

My name is Adrian Correa. I live in Vallejo, California, and I am a union electrician. As far as Inner Circle Management, they've been nothing but great, very responsive. They attended to every issue or concern I had with the property. So as far as that management goes, I felt like they did—they were adequate and I have no complaints. It was great.

How would you describe their communication and availability?

They were reachable by email, text, or phone pretty much seven days a week, so communication was always very transparent and very available. So I think that was huge. And then any back and forth with inquiries or, you know, if there was any kind of repairs, they would keep me in the loop that, 'Hey, we're reaching out to certain people, waiting to hear back.' Their communication was great.

Can you share a specific example of how they handled a maintenance issue?

Maybe it was either late last year or earlier this year. There was a hit-and-run on the property's fence, and someone had crashed into it, and I didn't notice it. I received a picture of the fence and notice from the manager saying, 'Hey, do you know about this?' And I didn't at the time. And so, you know, they right away kinda started getting on it. It was during the rainy season, but at least it was an immediate response time and them working through it.

What did you think of the technology and tools they provided?

I enjoyed using the app. I think, like I said, communication and, like, all the user-friendly AI of the app and everything was just very easy that I don't really have any major complaints as far as the management company goes.

How did they handle the process when you were moving out?

They always gave me a notice when they were trying to show the place when I was moving out. They would always try to schedule that around me. I can't think of anything off the top of my head that I would have changed.

Would you recommend Inner Circle Property Management to others?

Yes. I would recommend Inner Circle because of how pleasant it was to live under their management. I felt that any concerns I had, any issues, I didn't feel any resistance on bringing anything up. I felt that they listened. They relayed messages to landlords. They were transparent. They provided updates, and they were very courteous. Out of the three property managers I've lived under, they were far superior than the other two.
