The interview

What was valuable about committing to Dr. Traci's program?

What was valuable about committing to Dr. Traci's program was that it was something I could follow. I do really well with routines. Having accountability and a plan that was laid out was helpful because I struggle with a lack of balance.

What was your health like before working with Dr. Traci?

Before working with Dr. Traci, I was less aware of just how gut health worked, and how that worked in correlation with hormone balance, and just regulating stress.

What made you decide to work with Dr. Traci?

What made me say 'yes' to Dr. Traci was that she had a very holistic approach. She looked at things that other people weren't. I liked that she wanted to do things as naturally as possible. Her dedication to curiosity for the best outcome for somebody's body stood out to me for sure.

What treatments had you tried in the past that didn't work?

Things I tried in the past that didn't work for me was hormonal birth control or any kind of synthetic hormone, really. I used to have a lot of irregular bleeding and weird cycles. They would prescribe hormonal treatments to try to get me regular, and it never did; it always made it worse. Also, extreme diets like cutting out an entire food group or being vegan didn't seem to work very well for me.

What surprised you most about the process?

What surprised me the most was how many things affect the other. How you can't just treat one thing and be like, 'Okay, I'm cured.' There's a lot of other things that affect certain symptoms.

What specific results have you seen since starting the program?

I actually have had regular cycles for the first time. My insomnia has gotten better. I'm just more aware of what to do, and she's helped me with certain supplements or things that she recommends. I am definitely less anxious.

Why would you recommend Dr. Traci to others?

I recommend Dr. Traci because she has genuine care. I think her approach is more sustainable than other doctors. A lot of doctors are just trying to fix the problem, but she's helping to address lifestyle changes, which I think are more impactful in the long term.
