Executive Coach Achieves Greater Enrollment Confidence and Sustainable Business Ownership Growth

Karen has helped me create a life that I love and a practice that's very fulfilling and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a coach. My name is Diana Clarke and I am an executive coach and HR consultant and I live in Carlsbad, California. Before I met Karen I had worked with a number of coaches over the years and I wasn't really getting what I needed out of the experience. So, I went on a search looking for a new coach and I found Karen almost three years ago and began working with her. And it's really been a life- changing experience. The Accelerator programs that I went through with Karen, have been really instrumental in helping me build my coaching practice over time. So, every year I go and I meet with her and do the Accelerator and that helps me advance my perception of my own growth as a coach and how I'm going to build my practice into the future. Something that was particularly valuable in working with Karen is, me being able to see my progress and my capabilities through her eyes. She's somebody that's very supportive and really helps me see where I'm growing and how I'm advancing to make sure that I'm celebrating the things that I'm doing well and that I'm getting better. Things I can do now that I'm better at than I was before I was working with Karen is, I have a lot more confidence in enrolling my clients and managing the issues that come up over the course of time as I'm in working relationship with them. In addition, really just settling into business ownership and being an entrepreneur and owning my own company. I would highly recommend Karen because she's an excellent coach and she's just a top notch professional. And I think that there's so much depth there of experience that she has and the way that she's challenged herself and her own growth. That's inspirational for me as a coach myself.
