The interview

Why did you choose to work with Left Right Labs for your business?

I chose to work with Left Right Labs because I felt that they had a very good process put together, and process is so important. They also had worked with some really big names and I was able to see some of their work and some of the things that they had already done.

What was your initial impression of the team when you heard them speak?

When I heard them talk at the event I was at, I really liked the energy and what I heard. I felt that they were really coming from a place of wanting to help you as opposed to coming from a place of wanting to help themselves.

What specific transformation did Left Right Labs provide for your brand?

We really didn't pivot my brand, and we didn't do anything that I think would have to do with audience expansion because it was more clarification. They were able to take what I have and help me define it, say what I need to say, get the words out, get the message out, and work with me and meet me where I'm at.

What makes Left Right Labs different from other potential agencies?

One, they were there at the right place at the right time. I also liked their willingness to share; other agencies have not come across with that mindset. I really felt that their number one goal was my number one goal. It wasn't to say, 'I have this strategy that I use and so we're going to take your company and fit you into it.'

How do you feel the new brand strategy will impact your business?

I feel that the new brand strategy will help people see me as more credible. We were able to put together clarification, defining what I have and putting it into a voice that's my brand voice. When people see that, it is more professional and it will be more attractive.

What was it like working with Trina and Gretchen?

Trina and Gretchen at Left Right Labs were both so personable. They're on the spot, they do what they say they're going to do, and they were very organized. It was some very well spent money. In fact, when they mentioned doing another program, I said, 'count me in.'

Frequently asked

How does Left Right Labs approach brand strategy differently than other agencies?

Sherri Griggs noted that unlike other agencies that try to fit a company into a pre-existing strategy, Left Right Labs meets the founder where they are. She felt their number one goal was her number one goal, focusing on defining her specific message rather than using a rigid template.

Speaker 0: Hi, I'm Sherry Griggs. I'm a nurse practitioner with Balanced Body Health and Wellness out of Omaha, Nebraska and I have the pleasure to work with Left Right Labs. I chose to work with Left Right Labs for my business because I felt that they had a very good process put together. And process is so important. They also had worked with some really big names and I was able to see some of their, I guess you would say, work and some of the things that they had already done. When I heard them talk at the event I was at, I really liked their what would you call it? I liked the energy. I liked what I heard. I felt that they were really coming from a place of wanting to help you as opposed to coming from a place of wanting to help themselves. Okay. I So they were able to do what with my brand? I would say move over this one because we really didn't pivot my brand, and we didn't do anything that I think would have to do with audience expansion because it was more clarification. Okay. So what made Left Right Labs different than other potential agencies I could have gone with is one, they were there, right? Right time, right place, right place at the right time. I also, again, it was a feeling I liked what I heard. I liked their willingness to share. And other agencies have not come across with that mindset or come across as though their goal, well, as one of my coaches used to say, my number one goal is your number one goal. And I really felt that that's how they came across. Their number one goal was my number one goal. And it wasn't to say, I have this strategy that I use and so we're going to take your company and fit you into it. I felt it was more of we will take what you have and we will help you define it, say what you need to say, get the words out, get the message out, and work with you, meet you where you're at. I feel that the new brand strategy will will help people see me as more credible. We were able to go and put together, again, I will say clarification, defining what I have, putting it into a voice that's my brand voice. And when people see that, it will it is it is more professional and it will be more attractive. I'm still working on getting it all put together and they are helping me do that. But but really what came out of it was we we now have I I always knew what I was doing for people, what I wanted to do for people, how I wanted to help people, and Left Right Labs helped me put that into a brand voice, into a voice that I can share with others and others can now understand and see what my brand is. I just wanna say Trina and Gretchen at Left Right Labs were both so personable. They're on the spot. They do what they say they're going to do. They were very organized and it was some very well spent money. In fact, when they said we're thinking about doing another program at this particular price and would you be interested and what would you be interested in? I said, count me in. Okay. Yes.
