The interview

What have you done since attending the AI Accelerator?

Since attending the AI accelerator, we have done many things. It's been a life-changer for me with buying back time for sure, and just the roadblocks and bottlenecks for me as an integrator. The biggest takeaway has been the use of how many AI tools there are and using them simultaneously together to pick the best one.

What specific assets have you built using these tools?

I've already built a whole playbook on the ICP, and a lot of the stuff that Brad was talking about in the one-man marketing team. I've built out cash flow statements and a lot of reporting that I was just roadblocked by trying to find a 'who' to do it, and instead leaning into AI to get it 80% done and then tweaking it.

Who are you and what is your role?

I am Felicia Moehle with Medina Xerza Remodeling and I am the COO/Integrator for the business.

Why did you decide to attend the AI Accelerator?

The reason why I attended was really just a combination with Brett Ruiz, the visionary, and I'm his integrator. A lot of it was just being on the bleeding and cutting edge. For the last six or seven months, we thought we were using AI by just using ChatGPT when ultimately there were so many more tools. We didn't want to be reactive as search changes.

What was your experience like as a virtual attendee?

I was a virtual attendee, and even virtually, had so many takeaways. It was very straightforward and simplified, which I like. It wasn't a lot of jargon and in the weeds. I love the simplicity and just straight to 'Here's what you do,' where you were able to work on things in your business.

Would you recommend the program to others?

I highly recommend it, whether it's virtual or in-person. The AI Accelerator is a game-changer for your business. It's a no-brainer. Do it. 100% jump in.

Frequently asked

Can you get value from the AI Accelerator as a virtual attendee?

Yes. Felicia Moehle attended virtually and noted that the experience provided many takeaways despite not being there in person. She found the format straightforward and simplified, allowing her to work on her business in real-time.

Is the AI Accelerator too technical for non-tech roles?

Felicia Moehle described the program as simplified and free of unnecessary jargon. She appreciated that it focused on 'here is what you do' rather than getting lost in the weeds of technical implementation.

How does AI help with business bottlenecks?

Felicia used AI to overcome the 'who' problem by leaning into tools to get reporting and playbooks 80% done. This allowed her to move past roadblocks in cash flow reporting and marketing implementation without needing to hire additional staff immediately.
